How Stake Engine slots work, and how this verifier checks them
What is Stake Engine?
Stake Engine is Stake’s third-party slot platform. It hosts hundreds of slot games built by independent studios on shared provably-fair infrastructure. Every game publishes a fixed, immutable outcome table the moment it goes live, which is what makes each spin reproducible after the fact.
Why every spin is verifiable
Each bet is determined by three inputs: the unhashed server seed (revealed once you rotate it on Stake), the client seed, and the nonce. Run those through the same cryptographic process Stake uses, look the result up in the game’s published outcome table, and you get the exact payout. This page reproduces that RNG step for any nonce range.
How to grab your seeds on Stake
Open Fairness → Seeds → Change to rotate your active seed pair. Once rotated, the previous server seed is revealed and every bet made under it becomes checkable. Open any past bet from that session and Stake shows the server seed, client seed, nonce, and mode in the bet detail panel.
Different from Stake Originals
Dice, Plinko, Mines and the other Originals use per-game math you can verify directly. Stake Engine slots add a published outcome table on top of the same seed-and-nonce RNG, so the final payout mapping is game-specific.
